The Process

If you are interested in any of our properties please contact us and we will arrange a viewing. If you then want that property we will the start the application.

A holding deposit is required to reserve the property you want, which will be used against the first months rent. We will also require payment of the application fee.

We will require you to fill in the Homes Lettings Application Form and Credit Check Form.

References will be checked from your employer and previous landlord if applicable. We may be required to obtain a reference from your bank who may make a small charge for this.

We will then conduct the Credit Checks.

All being well you will then sign the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months.

We require the first months rent and your bond to be cleared in our bank on the day that the tenancy is signed.

You will then be liable for all the utilities including Gas, Electric, Water and Council Tax, and will be responsible for insuring your own possessions.

Then you can move into your new home!
